Shipping Policy

Clothes Processing & Handling it will take 2-7 business days to process before it ships out. Orders are sent by USPS or UPS shipping usually arrives within 2-7 business days.  

2-3 weeks total for your order to arrive. 

TRACKING A SHIPMENT   

Once we ship your package, you will be given a tracking number via the email listed on the account of your order. You may check the status of your shipment by entering your tracking number on the USPS or UPS website.

STOLEN OR LOST PACKAGE   

Once a shipment leaves our facility, factors beyond our control may result in your order arriving at its destination either sooner or later than expected. Eblouir Shop does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation for the actions of USPS or UPS, weather and any other events that may lead to delays, loss or stolen packages.

Lost or Delayed Packages

  • If your package is delayed, please allow extra time, as shipping carriers may experience occasional delays.
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered. However, if you experience an issue, please contact us, and we’ll do our best to assist you.

Customs & Import Duties (For International Orders)

  • Customers are responsible for any customs, duties, or import taxes that may apply to their order.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Address Errors

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase.
  • If an incorrect address is provided, we are not responsible for undelivered packages.
