1. All Sales Are Final (Except for Damaged Items)
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged.
2. Refunds for Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 1 day of delivery at eblouir.shop@gmail.com with:
- Clear photos of the damaged item
- Your order number
Once reviewed and approved, we will issue a refund or replacement at our discretion.
3. No Refunds for Other Reasons
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
- Incorrect orders due to customer error
- Lost or stolen packages after delivery
4. Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped. Please verify your information details before completing your purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items back to us.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
