Shipping policy

Shipping Rates:

  • United States: Standard Shipping — $5.99 (Estimated delivery: 2–3 weeks)

  • International: Standard Shipping — $25.00 (Estimated delivery: 2–4 weeks)
    Please note: Delivery timeframes do not include weekends or holidays.

Processing & Handling Time:

All orders require 2–7 business days to process before they are shipped. We ship via USPS or UPS, depending on which is most efficient for your location. Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Carriers & Delays:

We use USPS and UPS for all shipments. Orders are packaged securely in protective polymailers.

Shipping times may be delayed due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs inspections

  • Import tariffs

  • Carrier delays

  • Peak seasons or global disruptions

These delays are out of our control. We are not responsible for shipping delays or incorrect addresses entered by the customer.

Tracking Your Order:

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via the email used at checkout. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

Once your package leaves Eblouir Shop facility, we are not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages — including those marked as delivered by USPS or UPS. If your package is missing, please contact the carrier to file a claim.

International Orders:

Any import duties, customs taxes, or fees are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in our shipping costs.

Returns & Order Policies:

  • Returns must be requested within 24 hours of receiving your package. No returns will be accepted after that window.

  • Orders cannot be canceled once payment is submitted.

  • Chargebacks filed without contacting us first will be disputed using full tracking, order, and communication records.

  • Please review all product details carefully before purchasing.
